GG Schmitt M.L.P Marine Lubricant & Protectant is a high-grade synthetic oil. M.L.P. Contains anti-wear and high-pressure additives to prevent deterioration in marine hardware, antioxidants to support longevity, and highly effective corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust.

The GG Schmitt Powder Coat Burst Packs are a quick, clean, and easy way to repair damaged powder coat. Matched with the Repair Kit, the burst pack is a very efficient and inexpensive way to repair scratches, scuffs and other types of damage. The following colors and RAL #s are available.

It is nearly impossible for GG Schmitt to provide you the exact color your boat manufacturer used. For this reason you can request a color chart to be sent to you that can be used to check the color before ordering

Paired with a GG Schmitt Burst Pack, the GG Schmitt Powder Coat Repair Kit provides almost everything you need to prep your effected surfaces and apply the burst pack paint.

The kit comes with the following

  • Preval Sprayer
  • 220, 320, 600, 1000 grit sandpaper for prep and post finishing
  • Microfiber towel
  • Mixing Cup
  • Filter

The kit does not include:

  • Methyl Ethel Ketone (MEK) – used for thinning the paint for preval application.
    • MEK can be found at any local hardware store
  • Buffing compound to restore shine after 1000 grit sandpaper.
    • Any automotive rubbing or buffing compound will help. We recommend Meguiar's® Ultimate Polish, applied with a foam buffing wheel or microfiber towel
  • Masking Tape to protect areas you do not wish to have overspray
